How it works
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Here's how:
1. Eligibility:
- The Happiness Guarantee applies to your first purchase of each product type
- You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if you’re unsatisfied.
2. How to Qualify:
Use the product consistently for at least two weeks and follow the usage instructions provided on the packaging. (Self-care takes time, and we want to give the product a fair chance!)
If you’re not happy, email us at info@jazeena with the following:
- Your order number.
- A brief explanation of why the product didn’t meet your expectations.
- A photo of the used product showing its current state.
3. Our Solution:
Once we review your application and confirm eligibility, we’ll offer you:
- A replacement product to try again, OR
- A store credit equal to the purchase price, OR
- A refund, depending on your preference.
Important Details:
- The Happiness Guarantee is limited to one refund or replacement per product type, per customer.
- This policy does not cover orders placed more than 30 days ago, products that are nearly empty, or cases where no attempt was made to use the product as intended.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
