First, check with neighbors or your local post office. Sometimes packages arrive up to 24 hours after it's been marked as delivered. If it’s still missing, email us at info@jazeena.com within 3 days of the delivery date, and we’ll help you file a claim or find a solution.

If your package is lost in transit and hasn’t been marked as delivered, email us at info@jazeena.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement.
