Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Jazeena currently ships to the continental United States. We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $50.00 within the continental United States (excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Alaska and Hawaii).

We are not currently fulfilling orders to Canada, areas outside of the continental United States or other international geographies. If you are interested in Jazeena products but located outside of the continental United States, please contact us at info@jazeena.com to let us know of your request. We will begin adding additional shipping locations shortly and we will determine if we can accommodate shipping to your country or direct you to an alternate location.

We ship orders within 3 business days of the day the order is placed. We must ship via ground transport. Shipping can take 1-7 days with our carrier. USPS or UPS (usually 1-2 days within California). We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays and lost packages. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and the carrier to find it. Please email info@jazeena.com with any additional questions regarding shipping and delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 14 days of delivery, you may initiate a return request by emailing info@jazeena.com and referencing your order number. Once the product is received, we will refund the purchase amount minus the return shipping amount. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resell-able condition. If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 14-day period following delivery, please take a photo of the issue in question and send it with your order number and description to info@jazeena.com and we will happily proceed to resolve the issue. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original credit card.

If the item(s) you recieved are different from your order, please provide a photo and your order number to info@jazeena.com. If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, please reach out to us as soon as possible otherwise, once the order has shipped, the exchange protocol will take effect.

If for any reason you have other issues, please reach out to us with your order # at info@jazeena.com. As a small business we care about our customers and want to make it right.

Items purchased online at jazeena.com will not be accepted in retail store or pop-up locations or any third-party locations carrying Jazeena merchandise.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

USPS/UPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another 2 business days, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive in the following days. Please check with household members to ensure that nothing was brought in on your behalf, as well as nearby neighbours. Contact your local USPS (or UPS location) post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information. If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. As a small business, Jazeena cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!
